She is equally passionate about helping first-time buyers navigate the process with confidence and guiding sellers through one of life's most important financial decisions.

Originally from Germany, Anuschka brings an international perspective to her real estate practice. Her passion for real estate began early, leading her to complete a two-year real estate program and obtain her real estate license with a luxury brokerage in Germany, where she secured her first listing shortly after launching her career.

She later completed an MBA in Marketing in Germany before relocating to San Francisco in 2008. Having experienced an international move herself, Anuschka understands the unique challenges that can come with relocating and has helped numerous international clients successfully navigate the Bay Area real estate market.

Anuschka then built a successful marketing career, rising to the role of Marketing Director. Throughout her career, she specialized in emerging technologies, digital strategy, and social media marketing.

After launching her own consulting business, she had the opportunity to work with a real estate professional on marketing and social media initiatives. The experience rekindled her passion for real estate and ultimately led her back to the industry as a Realtor.

Having lived in San Francisco's Cow Hollow neighborhood for 13 years before settling in Tiburon, Anuschka offers clients a unique understanding of both Marin County and San Francisco.

Her extensive professional background in Marin, combined with her deep knowledge of the local market and community, allows her to provide valuable insight to buyers and sellers throughout the region. Her international background also allows her to connect easily with clients relocating from abroad.

Based out of Compass's Belvedere office in Marin County, Anuschka represents buyers and sellers throughout Marin County and San Francisco.

Clients appreciate her warmth, responsiveness, and attention to detail, qualities shaped by her European training and education, combined with years of experience in the Bay Area market.

When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Anuschka enjoys exploring the outdoors with her Bernese Mountain Dogs, Heidi and Ollie, and spending time in the mountains during ski season.
